Payment and Delivery

Delivery from MSK warehouse:

We ship throughout Moscow and to any city in the Russian Federation to the Boxberry pickup point nearest to you. Upon arrival, you pick up the goods at the pick-up point. The goods are dispatched within two days after payment. Delivery to the CIS countries is carried out using partner transport companies; delivery time can be up to a week.

 

Delivery from the warehouse o. Bali:

- Russian Federation, CIS:

1. Air transportation of the Russian Federation weekly (civilian, couriers) - price 45$ per kg, for items not exceeding 50x35x100cm, delivery time to Moscow time 5 days (customs included)

 

2. Air transportation of the Russian Federation or CIS monthly (cargo, transport company) - price from $20 to $35 per kg, cargo is sent once a month, regardless of the quantity of goods, any size. (customs included)

 

3. Air transportation CIS + Georgia daily - price from $12.5 to $35 per kg (depending on the volume and size of the parcel), parcels are sent every day regardless of size and quantity (customs procedures up to a certain weight are not required "individually for each country")

 

- USA Air + World:

North America, South America, Türkiye, Europe, Arab countries, Africa, Asian countries. Shipping to anywhere in the world, delivery time 2-3 days by Post. Price from $5 to $50 per 1 kg, depending on weight, size and country

 

- Sea of the Russian Federation, CIS:

1. Once every 1-3 months Delivery by sea + railway through the CIS countries to the Russian Federation. The price is $650 per 1 cube (less than a cube is possible), customs clearance by the carrier, the price is $3 per 1 kg. (After the goods are transferred to the carrier, the seller’s responsibility ends, then the customer of transportation (also known as the carrier) is responsible for the goods. The goods are loaded into a container with other items and transported as a groupage in the name of one recipient. The recipient is the customer for the transportation of the entire container. No documents are provided, as Track numbers and other information are not provided because they simply do not exist. After the cargo arrives in Moscow, all buyers are given the goods or sent via shopping mall). Bohemia Bali is not responsible for transportation.

 

2. WEEKLY Delivery by sea directly from Indonesia (port of Surabaya) - Russia (port of Vladivostok). Price $650 per 1 cubic meter (minimum 1 cubic meter, it can be goods from several buyers), customs clearance by the buyer, price 28% of the purchase price (cost price) of items + cost of storage at the port during customs clearance, price depends on the storage warehouse, price from $ 15 and higher for 1 cubic meter per day. If the cargo contains goods from several recipients, then buyers must decide whose name the shipment will be in and who will clear the cargo through customs. 3. WEEKLY Delivery by sea directly Indonesia (port of Surabaya) - Russia (port of Vladivostok) Price 850 $ for 1 cubic meter (less than cubic meter possible), customs clearance by the sender price 28% of the purchase price (cost price) of items + cost of storage in the port during customs clearance price depends on the storage warehouse, price from $15 and above per 1 cubic meter per day. The cost of transportation, customs and storage of cargo at the port is divided among all owners (buyers) of the goods according to the ratio of the size of their items. Delivery time to the Russian Federation is 2-3 months. The transportation period begins from the moment the vessel departs from the port of Indonesia and ends with arrival at the port of the Russian Federation.

Dispatches weekly as free space in containers becomes available. Delivery times vary depending on the country you are in. Customs procedures yourself.

from $5 to $55 kg, depends on the country and weight of the goods, the larger the volume, the lower the delivery cost. (Upon request, check with the postal service)

 

Example:

If your parcel is smaller than a cube: 40x40x10cm, the cost of transportation will always be considered $600-850 per cube - this means you need to find out the volume 0.4x0.4x0.1=0.016, now multiply by the cost 0.016x600$ = $9.6 transportation price.

 

Price Sea of the Russian Federation (1m3):

$650-850 for transport services Indonesia-Russia, additional payments are also provided upon arrival of cargo in the Russian Federation for unloading, storing and transporting your cargo. Customs procedures in accordance with all rules of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

Price Sea World (1m3):

North America, South America, Türkiye, Europe, Arab countries, Africa, Asian countries

$100-650 per cubic meter, depending on the country. Customs in accordance with all laws of the country of arrival, by the recipient.

 

 

IMPORTANT!

The delivery time for goods is considered from the moment the plane takes off or the ship sails, but not from the moment of your payment. The island of Bali is surrounded on all sides by the ocean and is located in another part of the planet, so it is not so easy to bring something from here to the Russian Federation and the CIS. Therefore, if your product was not shipped or was sent with a long delay, then there were reasons for this of a different nature, there is no need to throw hysterics because of this and tell us how we need to do business.

 

All transportation that involves gaining weight before sending by Air or Sea can wait for departure or sailing from a week to several months.

 

Transportation within the Russian Federation is not included in the price! This is paid separately. We also ask you to take into account that the arrival time of sea deliveries is calculated taking into account the arrival at the port of the country to which it is sent (NOT IN YOUR HANDS, BUT TO THE PORT). Before sending, you are obliged to clarify all the conditions for customs clearance of your goods because in different countries they are individual. We are not responsible for customs clearance if it is not included in the cost of transportation!

 

Volumetric weight: If the packaged size of an item exceeds its weight, then transportation is calculated by volumetric weight (we cannot know this until the item is manufactured and packaged), thick cardboard and bubble wrap are used for packaging, and all so that you received a whole and not broken item. Volumetric weight formula Height x Width x Length / 5000 = Weight

 

We are not responsible for the transportation of goods and the actions of the carrier! This is what transport companies do! Our task is “Send”, and “Transport” is a completely different word. Our job is to collect the order, pack it and send it.
